Considering that the only method of escape is a bridge lined with lights all the way down. Mister shadowman can only exist where shade exists. Which makes sense, somehow.

This is a feat in itself because robots are notoriously sucky at walking
the Asimov, which was touted as the best bipedal robot was thwarted by stairs
not tall ones either
